At H.O.N.E.E Healing, every order is prepared with intention, care, and attention to quality. Because many of our products are handmade and wellness-centered, processing and shipping times may vary.

We appreciate your patience and support as we intentionally create products for your healing journey.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing times may increase during:

  • Product launches

  • Sales or promotions

  • Holidays

  • High-volume periods

  • Custom or made-to-order requests

Orders are processed Tuesday–Saturday, excluding holidays.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier availability

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information if available.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking details after shipment.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

H.O.N.E.E Healing is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Returned packages due to insufficient or incorrect information

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, H.O.N.E.E Healing is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier-related damages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–7 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Photos of packaging

We will review each situation carefully to determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Handmade & Natural Product Notice

Because many H.O.N.E.E Healing products are handmade and naturally derived:

  • Appearance may vary slightly

  • Color variations may occur

  • Texture and scent may differ between batches

These natural variations do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.

 

Local Delivery or Future Pickup

At this time, H.O.N.E.E Healing primarily operates as a virtual wellness brand.

Future local pickup, delivery, and in-person wellness experiences may become available as the brand expands.
